Exhibitor Sites

Our Tauranga City Air Show will not only provide top quality spectacle in the air, it also is aimed at providing maximum enjoyment for all individuals and family members, whatever their prime interests.

We are planning for and are confident of achieving an attendance of 25,000 people on the Sunday Airshow day, with very substantial numbers on the Saturday, when the trade and entertainment exhibits assume pride of place.  All Airshow tickets purchased are valid for both the Saturday and the Sunday.

There is plenty of business opportunity at the Airshow considering the low rental charges over a variety of sites.  The size of the airport area available means that there is plenty of space available on a level grass surface, allowing outstanding sight lines to banners in the Bay sunshine.

There are some 145 site modules available, serviced to your requirements. Seven of these are Corporate Hospitality suites, positioned for prime views of the air displays.

All this is a very important aspect of our air show and we have allocated the task of marketing and organising these sites to the Rotary Club of Tauranga Te Papa in the light of their members’ proven business expertise and experience.   Like our Classic Flyers organisation, the Rotary Club is a registered organisation whose profits are distributed for the good of the Bay of Plenty community, who are your potential customers.
